3. Artificial Intelligence and Data Processing

ZenPrep integrates advanced generative artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs) to analyze your sales context and generate meeting briefs:

  • No Public Model Training: We do not sell, rent, or allow third-party AI model providers to use your proprietary meeting context, prospect information, voice transcripts, or deal data to train public foundation models.

  • Transient & Secure Processing: Data sent to third-party AI processing partners is transmitted via encrypted APIs strictly for real-time inference, synthesis, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) within your secure tenant.

4. Sharing Information with Third Parties

The Company does not sell, rent, or lease customer lists or proprietary deal data to third parties.

We share data only with trusted infrastructure providers bound by strict confidentiality and data protection obligations to perform core functions on our behalf, including:

  • Cloud hosting and database providers (e.g., Supabase, Lovable Cloud)

  • Voice transcription and AI inference providers

  • Payment gateways for subscription processing

  • Analytics and email delivery services

  • Instruct our infrastructure service providers to delete corresponding records, subject to standard legal, security auditing, and financial record retention requirements under applicable California and federal law.

Our Services are strictly designed for business professionals and enterprise organizations. The Company does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.
